Thank you for using Coursati. This Returns and Refunds Policy explains how refund requests work for Coursati class tracking purchases.
Digital services
Coursati provides a digital class tracking and notification service. Purchases may activate tracking for selected class sections, schedule features, and related alerts.
In-app purchases
Student purchases are handled through in-app purchase where available. Refund requests for Apple in-app purchases are generally managed through Apple using Apple's refund process. If another app store or payment provider is enabled in the future, refund handling may follow that provider's rules.
First-time gift
Your first tracked class may be free once per account as a first-time gift or free trial-class. This free trial-class has no cash value and is not refundable, exchangeable, or transferable.
When refunds may be considered
Refund requests may be considered where required by applicable law or app store rules, or where a technical issue prevents purchased tracking from being activated and we are unable to resolve it after you contact support.
Because Coursati provides class tracking and notifications, refunds are not guaranteed for missed registration, closed classes, university catalog changes, notification permission issues, registrar downtime, ineligibility to register, or seats that are no longer available by the time you act.
Class availability is not guaranteed
Coursati alerts are planning signals only. A class may open and close quickly, and universities control registration eligibility, registration systems, and final seat availability.
